DATA SCIENTIST - TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH REQUIRED - 12784

LMI currently has an opportunity for a Data Scientist to support an Intelligence Community customer in the McLean area.

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Data Scientist responsibilities include supporting the metrics program in providing data key to measure impact and justify resources as well as information on the behavior and interest of customers. Additionally, developing strategies and implementing plans to strengthen relationships between the website, content contributors, and content consumers. This includes preparing monthly, ad hoc, and performance measurement reports for leadership, recommending process changes and monitoring progress, and providing technical support to users.

  • Proficient in data analytics software and presentation tools
  • Ability to analyze data and research results
  • Demonstrated experience in survey development, implementation, and analysis pertaining to themes such as customer satisfaction, quality and performance
  • Draft, coordinate, and monitor the production of reports
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Lead business process improvement efforts
  • Provide industry research to plan and implement innovative tech on behalf of the customer

Qualifications

Required:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)
  • Expereince with Power BI is required
  • Additionally, the successful candidate must be a strong team player who possesses outstanding critical thinking, briefing and writing skills, and interacts easily with all levels of clients.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Python and SQL
