FRONT OFFICE STRATEGIC ADVISOR - 13741

McLean, Virginia

LMI will provide strategic level support to the Front Office of a government agency. This role will provide wide ranging support in a unique working environment. This work will be fully onsite working alongside our customer. This role will facilitate the customer's strategic planning priorities while organizing and prioritizing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment where we provide high level support and inventive solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key advisor and confidant to the Sponsor’s senior leadership on a range of issues and projects, including, but not limited to, providing critical insights, managing the Sponsor’s priorities, and facilitating the Sponsor’s leadership decision-making processes.
  • Establish and execute processes to best apply the Sponsor’s integrated resources to its strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate across the Sponsor’s components and the wider enterprise to execute strategic initiatives that integrate inputs and promote collaboration and transparency across the Sponsor’s stakeholders and advance mission.
  • Support the Sponsor’s executive team and drive organizational effectiveness by working in tandem with the Sponsor’s leadership and administrative support teams.
  • Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met.
  • Act as a liaison between offices and stakeholders to foster effective cross-enterprise collaboration, including deconfliction across stakeholders as needed.
  • Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives from inception to completion in consultation with the Sponsor’s leadership and administrative support teams.
  • Support the Sponsor’s leadership team as they lead projects, tasks, initiatives, and office-wide and/or high-profile engagements and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Top Secret clearance with Polygraph
  • 100% On-Site
  • 5 Years Professional Experience
  • Proven writing skills
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
     

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances, due to the nature of the work.
