Springfield, VirginiaThe Business Process Analyst will support the evaluation, documentation, and improvement of organizational processes for an intelligence community (IC) customer. This role involves analyzing current business, management, and operational workflows; identifying inefficiencies; and recommending improvements that align people, processes, and resources to mission outcomes.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and document current business and management processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
Recommend and facilitate implementation of new or enhanced processes, tools, and practices.
Aggregate and analyze performance management data at program and enterprise levels.
Develop roadmaps to improve alignment of organizational resources with mission priorities.
Engage stakeholders to assess the need for new systems or system replacements.
Prepare clear, data-driven recommendations and periodic presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or performance management within federal or IC environments.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar process analysis methods.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Candidate with a TS/SCI Clearance highly preferred
The target salary range for this position goes up to - $155,037.
The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
