Springfield, VirginiaThe Technology Scouting and Analysis Advisor will provide strategic advisory services to program leaders and managers, identifying opportunities for technology adoption that enhance mission performance, effectiveness, and efficiency. This role supports assessment of emerging technologies, evaluation of long-term technical issues, and recommendations for enterprise-level adoption.

Responsibilities
Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and potential adoption opportunities.
Evaluate current and planned systems for modernization and efficiency gains.
Identify management and technical challenges that could impact long-term performance.
Provide best practice recommendations across acquisition programs and projects.
Prepare strategic assessments and reports for program and enterprise-level decision makers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Experience supporting technology evaluation, scouting, or analysis within federal or IC acquisition programs.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems engineering, or emerging technology trends.
Ability to develop actionable recommendations and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance required
The target salary range for this posiiton is- $82267.07 - $141358.99
The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
